I have a terribly bad experience with your taxi service. I had booked a taxi on 4/9/2007 to go to luton airport on 5/9/2007 at 3am. Someone by the name of Tony was supposed to come.
Neither did he come nor is he picking up the phone. It is 3:50 am already and I had to pay a lot to get a diffrent taxi booked.
